“Miss You” is an R&B ballad written by Teddy Bishop. It was a previously unreleased song on Aaliyah’s first posthumously released compilation album, I Care 4 U (2002) and released as its lead single during the first quarter of 2003 (see 2003 in music). The song reached number three on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and entered the top 10 in Germany and Taiwan. “Miss You” also reached the top 20 in Canada, Denmark and Switzerland. The song appears on the game Karaoke Revolution Volume 2. Rapper Jay-Z made a tribute to Aaliyah using the “Miss You” instrumental and chorus, this is the official remix. Read on...
