“Boogie 2nite” is an R&B–dance-pop song written by American singer-songwriter Tweet, Nisan Stewart, and John “Jubu” Smith for Tweet’s debut album, Southern Hummingbird (2002). No music video for the song was shot as it went for promo only. The commercial release was originally set for December 2, 2002 in the United Kingdom, but due to lack of airplay and the fact there was no video for the song, the single was canceled.
