“Feeling Good” (also known as “Feelin’ Good”) is a song written by English singer-songwriters Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse for the 1964 musical The Roar of the Greasepaint – The Smell of the Crowd, where Nina Simone first sang the song on the UK tour, a year before the 1965 Broadway première.
