“Fast Train” is the first single by the Canadian rock band April Wine, from their 1971 self-titled debut album (See 1971 in music). The song was a top 40 hit in Canada, peaking at #38 on the RPM 100 Singles Chart, Canada’s then only national singles chart which measured hit singles across Canada. It also peaked at #23 on the Canadian CHUM singles chart, a Top 40 chart that measured hit singles in the Toronto area, on June 26 that year.
