Spicks and Specks is the second studio album by the Australian group the Bee Gees. It was released on November 1966, on Spin, and was recorded five months after the group’s debut Sing and Play. The album features the first Robin Gibb composition “I Don’t Know Why I Bother With Myself” and a Maurice Gibb composition “Where Are You”. Most of the songs were written by Barry Gibb. The success of the title track across Australia, where it was a top-five hit in every state, propelled them to move to England in 1967 to further their musical career. Read on...
