The song was the most successful song on Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, peaking at #2 on the Billboard Modern Rock chart, #71 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #14 on the UK Singles Chart. The song was written by Mark Hoppus after the producer for TOYPAJ told them they needed some “feel-good” songs on their record.
