“Will You Still Love Me?“ is a song written by David Foster, Tom Keane and Richard Baskin for the group Chicago and recorded for their album Chicago 18 (1986). The second single released from that album, it reached number three on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart in early 1987 and number two on the Adult Contemporary chart. The song was Chicago’s first top ten hit following the departure of Peter Cetera, and it featured new singer and bassist Jason Scheff on lead vocals. One of the song’s co-writers, Tom Keane had previously fronted the early 1980s band Keane, for whom Jason Scheff played bass. In 2003, Contemporary/Urban jazz group Urban Knights, led by pianist Ramsey Lewis, offered the song with vocals by Michelle Williams (Destiny’s Child). Read on...
