“Twilight” was the second track and second single from the album Time written and performed by Electric Light Orchestra (1981) This song follows the previous track: “Prologue”
The song gained cult status in Japan amongst fans of Japanese animation and comics when it was used without authorization as the theme music for the famous opening animation to the 1983 Daicon IV science fiction convention. It also appeared (with authorization and credit) in a 1982 advertisement for the Toyota Celica XX (Supra).
