The Lost Trident Sessions was an album by the Mahavishnu Orchestra. The album was recorded in 1973, but was not released until 1999, by Columbia/Legacy. Most of the tracks on this album were released on other albums: “Dream”, “Trilogy” and “Sister Andrea” appeared on Mahavishnu Orchestra’s 1973 live album Between Nothingness and Eternity; “I Wonder” and “Steppings Tones” appeared on Jerry Goodman and Jan Hammer’s 1974 album Like Children.
