Soda Stereo was an Argentinian rock band formed in Buenos Aires Argentina in 1982 by Gustavo Cerati (guitars and vocals), Hector “Zeta” Bosio (bass and backup vocals), and Carlos Alberto Ficicchia (Charly Alberti) on drums. Soda is considered one of the most important bands of the Ibero-American rock as well as in the Genre’s of Rock En Español and Latin Rock. In 1997 Soda disbanded due to personal and musical differences between its members. Near the end of 2007 the band announced its return to the limelight to perform a sole continental tour titled “Me Veras Volver” (You Will See Me Return). The tour reunited them with more than a million followers throughout the Americas. Soda Stereo has sold more than 7 million copies in Latin America alone.
