“Humans Being” was a song recorded and contributed by the rock band Van Halen for the movie Twister. It marks the last song that featured the Hagar/Michael Anthony/Van Halen/Van Halen line-up before Hagar’s departure from the band in 1996. According to various interviews, Eddie Van Halen states that he wrote most of the lyrics. He accused Sammy Hagar of writing “cheesy” lyrics about tornadoes and storms.
