Okay, this has to be addressed, 'cause Chris Cornell, rocker that he is, got a lot of flak initially when he released this on his 2008 CD, "Carry On": But, when an 'American Idol' (gulp) contestant performed CHRIS'S version (not M. Jackson's - I'm not a huge fan of Jackson, either, but that's another story ; ), he was SHOWERED WITH PRAISE - which just goes to show you what critics REALLY know about great music (um, not much?!)...At least Cornell FINALLY got the recognition he deserved for this unbelievably beautiful & moving rendition of "Billie Jean" - nothing like the original - IMHO, FAR superior, & for everyone, definitely worth a listen (& I'll bet you listen again & again & again...) !!!
