It was released on 14 August 1995 as the second single (the lead single) the from their second album (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, reaching #2 on the UK Singles Chart. The songwriting started off as an imitation of an early Beatles number (namely “She Loves You” or “From Me To You).“
