TOD was a tribute to the early & tragic death of 'Mother Love Bone's' Andy Wood, but a lot of people don't realize that even though the band Pearl Jam kind of evolved out of this LP, the album was actually written entirely by Soundgarden's Chris Cornell (who brilliantly handles almost all the lead vocals); this is the song that put Eddie Vedder on the map - & as future frontman to PJ!
